🏝️ Hawaii & Alaska Shipping Fee Add-On ✈️🐾
A little extra distance, but the same handmade Doggie Bag Biscuits™ love! 💕
Due to higher USPS Priority Mail costs, a $36 shipping add-on is required for all orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.
📦 Here's the Scoop!
🐾 Required: $36 add-on, in addition to regular shipping charges.
🚫 No Free Shipping: Hawaii and Alaska are excluded from free shipping offers and promotions.
🎁 Not a Physical Product: This listing covers additional shipping costs only.
✈️ Shipping & Delivery
Our handmade cookies require up to 8 business days for processing, followed by approximately 8 days or longer in transit to Hawaii or Alaska.
USPS delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
📦 Lost or Missing Shipments
All orders include USPS tracking and applicable Priority Mail insurance.
Once USPS accepts your package, delivery and handling are managed by the postal service.
If your package is lost, delayed, or marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact USPS directly to initiate a missing mail inquiry or eligible insurance claim.
Doggie Bag Biscuits™ cannot guarantee USPS delivery or automatically refund missing shipments. Refund requests are subject to applicable laws and our shipping policies.
💕 We're happy to provide tracking information and USPS acceptance details to assist you!
🍪 Freshness & That Perfect Bite!
🐾 Shelf Life: In-house testing has demonstrated approximately 3 months of shelf stability under proper storage conditions.
💕 Best Bite Window: For our signature Doggie Bag Biscuits™ chew and optimal freshness, we recommend enjoying cookies within 14 days of packaging.
✨ Natural Texture Changes: Our cookies gradually become firmer and crunchier over time. This is normal and does not necessarily indicate spoilage.
✈️ Important: Longer transit times and temperature fluctuations may affect freshness and reduce the remaining Best Bite Window. Although cookies may remain shelf-stable, their original bakery-fresh chew cannot be guaranteed upon arrival.
🐾 Ready to Order?
Simply add this $36 shipping fee to your cart along with your canine goodies!
By purchasing, you acknowledge the additional shipping cost, potentially extended delivery times, and possible changes in cookie freshness and texture.
Orders missing the required add-on may be placed on hold until payment is received or canceled and refunded.
Thank you for helping us deliver handmade happiness across the miles! 💕
