Q.When was your Dog Bakery Established?

A. 2014 is the year Doggie Bag Biscuits was established.

Q. What is your processing time?

A. Our processing time is 6 to 10 business days and this does not include shipping time.

Q. What’s up with your packaging?

A. We always pack with gently used packaging. All your Goodies are safe and secure and we’ve given the material new life. Re-Use,Re-Purpose,Re-gret Nothing! “POOCHES for the PLANET” 

Q. Does your DOG Icing melt?

A. No, we use a specialty high-end made just for Dog’s Icing and it does not melt. No need to refrigerate. ( P.S this icing is all natural and fat & sugar-free)

Q. How long are your cookies good for?

A. We quote 4 weeks out of the Freezer. Some have reported much longer.

Extended answer:  NATURAL Preservatives ( NO CHEMICALS) are healthier and safer, but there are LIMITS to its SHELF LIFE. Cookies kept away from Direct Sunlight and Sealed Airtight in their wrapping/packaging will typically keep for 4 weeks. This is OUT of the Freezer ,properly cared for and stored. Please take this info as a GENERAL GUIDELINE as each area has it’s own humidity/climate and Cookie Care/Storing issues.

Q. How long will it take to get my Order?

A. Our Cookies are “Made to Order” fresh. Our Processing Time is 6 to 10 business days. This does not include USPS shipping times. 

Q. What do I do if my Cookies arrived Damaged?

A. First we want to say we are so very SORRY! If you need your tracking number please let us know. We’ll be happy to help assist you in anyway we can. Second, Please contact USPS. See below for more detail. 

USPS CLAIMS: Call: 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777).
In the unfortunate event of damage sustained during shipment, please keep the Cookies, any damaged pieces plus ALL packaging materials. USPS claims agent will need to inspect them in order to initiate the claims process.

The USPS will keep all packaging materials including the broken item(cookies) and any parts. If your refund is approved...It will come directly from USPS. We can not give any guarantees that USPS will give you a refund.

Q. What is your Return Policy?

A. We do not accept any returns due to the PERISHABLE nature of our product. However if there is a problem or issue please feel free to contact us. Dbbtreats@twc.com is our Bakery E-Mail or Contact Page here on our Website. 

Q. How do we Ship?

A. All orders are ship USPS Priority 1-4 days. Per U.S.P.S shipping is not guaranteed 1-4 days. 

Q. Can I contact you if I have a question/concern about my Order? 

A. Please contact us at anytime with any questions or concerns about your order. This also pertains to order delivery issues. We will help in anyway we can.

We can provide tracking numbers and maybe assist further. In saying so…know that USPS will be responsible for reviewing and possible refunds. At the end of the day you will still have to contact them. 

Q. Do you offer Wholesale?

A. At this time we do not offer Wholesale. 

Q. Are your Cookies Crunchy or Soft?

A. Our Cookies are Crunchy. A customer said it best ( A firm Soft Crunch) If you find your small dog does not..just add a bit of water to it and let it sit for a moment. 

Q. Where do you ship to?

A. We ship all over the U.S. but we do not at this time ship internationally.

Q. Do you take Custom Orders?

A. We do take Custom Orders and would enjoy chatting with you about what you want.
