Q: When was your bakery established?
A: 2014 — bringing artisan, allergy-friendly canine cookies to happy pups!
Q: Where are you located?
A: We’re based in Crestview Hills, KY, but we operate online only.
📦 Ordering & Shipping
Q: How long does it take to process and ship my order?
A: Orders take up to 8 business days to craft. Shipping via USPS Priority Mail takes 1–4 days (not guaranteed by USPS).
Q: Where do you ship?
A: Across the U.S.! No international shipping at this time.
Q: How do you ship?
A: USPS Priority Mail — fast and reliable! Includes free tracking and up to $100 insurance.
Q: Do you provide tracking?
A: Yes — tracking is always included so you can follow your order from our bakery to your doorstep.
Q: What if I can’t be home to sign for my delivery?
A: Don’t worry! If USPS requires a signature and you’re not home, they’ll leave a delivery notice. You can easily reschedule delivery online or pick up your package at your local Post Office. Either way, your pup’s treats will be safe and waiting for you — and we’ll cover the USPS Signature Confirmation fee for peace of mind. 🐾
Q: What if my cookies arrive damaged?
A: If your order arrives damaged, please contact USPS with your tracking number and provide photos of the damage. USPS requires the recipient to submit claims directly. Please keep all packaging for their inspection. Doggie Bag Biscuits™ will always provide tracking and assist where possible, but we cannot file claims on your behalf.
Q: What if my package is delayed or lost in transit?
A: Once your package is handed to USPS, routing and transit times are out of our control. We cannot guarantee arrival dates, though we ship promptly. If tracking shows “Delivered,” Doggie Bag Biscuits™ is not responsible for loss, theft, or misdelivery. However, we will assist where and when we can.

A: We care about the planet! ♻️ We reuse shipping materials where possible and use compostable NEW (not used) gift boxes & cookie bags.
🍪 About Our Cookies
Q: Are your cookies crunchy or soft?
A: We bake a soft-bite cookie that’s easier on teeth while still having a little firmness for freshness. If they seem a bit crisp, that’s natural — simply add a touch of water for a softer chew.
Q: How long do cookies stay fresh?
A: Our cookies can stay fresh up to 4 weeks in an airtight container away from heat & moisture. For optimal freshness and a softer bite, we recommend enjoying them within 7–10 days. Over time, they may firm — just like any natural fresh-baked good — which is part of their charm and integrity.
Please note: because climates and storage conditions vary, freshness cannot be guaranteed beyond these suggestions.
Q: Does your natural dog icing melt?
A: Nope! It’s plant-based, fat-free, sugar-free, and heat-resistant — no refrigeration needed.
Q: Do you offer grain-free or vegan options?
A: Yes! Our cookies are vegan, grain-free, wheat-free, and gluten-free — perfect for pups with food sensitivities.
Q: What if my dog has an allergy?
A: While our treats are made with allergies in mind, we cannot guarantee they are safe for all dogs. Always check ingredients and consult your veterinarian if unsure.
Q: Are all cookies identical?
A: Each cookie is handcrafted. Variations in color, shape, and decoration are natural — they’re part of the boutique charm and not considered defects.

Q: What is your return/cancel policy?
A: Because our cookies are perishable and made-to-order, we cannot accept cancellations or returns once an order has been placed. Production begins immediately to ensure freshness.

Damaged Items: See “Damaged or Lost Packages” above — claims must be made with USPS, but we’ll assist where we can.

Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: Yes! We’d love to create something special for your pup. Please note:

Custom orders are non-refundable due to the time, care, and personalization involved.

Before baking begins, we’ll discuss your ideas and share a reference photo of something similar so you know what to expect. Since we are not the maker of the cookie in that photo, the final design will not be exact and may look a bit different.

Once you approve all details, your confirmation means you agree to the design, details, and overall style. At that point, the order is final.

Every cookie is handcrafted, so natural variations in color, shape, and decoration are part of their boutique charm.
Q: Can I add a note to my order as a gift?
A: At this time, we do not include personal notes in orders.

Q: Do you offer pricing discounts?
A: We don’t offer traditional wholesale discounts, but we do have our Paws & Pastries Partnership — a boutique-style collaboration for shops that share our passion for pups and health-conscious treats.
Partners receive:
