Doggie Bag Biscuits™ was established in 2014, handcrafting specialty canine cookies for doggies and their families. 🐾💗

We’re based in Northern Kentucky and operate exclusively as an online canine cookie bakery.

How long does processing take?

Every order is handcrafted fresh in our small-batch bakery. Please allow 6–8 business days for bakery processing before shipment.

Custom, personalized and larger orders may require additional processing time.

Need your order a little sooner? 🐾💨

You may request Rover Rush™ expedited bakery processing for an additional cost.

Rover Rush™ is subject to our current bakery schedule and must be requested and approved by Doggie Bag Biscuits™ before purchase.

Rover Rush™ expedites the time your order spends inside the DBB bakery only. It does not expedite or guarantee carrier transit or delivery once your package has shipped.

We currently ship throughout the United States. 🇺🇸🐾

How much is U.S. shipping?

U.S. shipping is FREE on our standard Doggie Bag Biscuits™ listings! 🇺🇸🐾

Custom orders are excluded from free shipping. Because custom orders can vary in cookie size, quantity and packaging needs, shipping is calculated separately for each individual order.

Any applicable custom-order shipping cost will be provided as part of your custom-order details before purchase.

How are U.S. orders shipped?

U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

How long does U.S. shipping take?

USPS Priority Mail typically arrives within 1–4 business days after shipment.

Our normal 6–8 business-day bakery processing time occurs before shipment and is separate from USPS transit time.

Carrier delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed by Doggie Bag Biscuits™.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes! Tracking is included with U.S. shipments.

Tracking information is provided once your order ships so you can follow your Tookies on their journey. 🐾📦

Is my package insured?

U.S. orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail include up to $100 of insurance coverage. Additional coverage may be added to higher-value orders when appropriate.

Do you require a signature?

Not normally.

Optional Signature Confirmation is available for $5 on eligible U.S. orders.

What happens if I’m not home when delivery is attempted?

Delivery procedures may vary. USPS may leave a notice or provide instructions for redelivery or pickup.

🌦️ A Little Note About Weather & Travel

Can weather or shipping conditions affect my Tookies?

We take great care in preparing and packaging every Doggie Bag Biscuits™ order. Before leaving the DBB bakery, every canine cookie is carefully inspected to make sure it is top-notch, securely packaged and looking its very best for its journey to your furbaby. ❤️🐾

Our decorative canine icing dries firm and does not melt like traditional icing. However, exposure to extreme heat, cold or temperature changes during transit may occasionally cause the firm icing or decorative details to crack, shift or become slightly damaged.

Sprinkles, airbrushing and other surface decorations may also occasionally rub, smear or transfer inside the treat bag due to package movement, weather conditions or carrier handling.

We carefully package every order to help protect your Tookies during their journey. However, once a package leaves the DBB bakery, weather conditions, temperature changes and carrier handling are outside of our control. For this reason, Doggie Bag Biscuits™ cannot guarantee against cracking, breakage or other cosmetic damage that may occur during shipping and handling.

One thing we can guarantee — your Tookies will leave the DBB bakery carefully inspected, carefully packaged and looking their very best! 🐾📦💗

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact:

For damaged packages, please keep the original packaging and contents and take clear photos of the package, packaging materials and damaged items, as USPS may require these when filing an insurance claim.

How are my cookies packaged?

Our canine cookies are carefully packaged to help protect them during their journey from our bakery to your pup.

Cookies are heat-sealed for freshness, safety and a beautiful, gift-ready presentation.

Because each cookie is handcrafted and decorated, packaging may vary depending on the size, design and quantity of cookies in your order.

Do you reuse packaging materials?

When appropriate, we reuse clean packaging materials and choose eco-conscious packaging whenever possible.

Are your cookies soft or crunchy?

They’re a little bit of both!

Our Tookies arrive with a crisp exterior and a softer, gentler center.

Because of the nature of our specialty recipe, they will naturally become firmer over time. This is completely normal.

How long do the cookies stay fresh?

Our canine cookies are handcrafted fresh in small batches and carefully prepared and packaged for their journey to your pup.

In-house testing has shown that our canine cookies, when properly stored, can remain stable for up to 3 months.

Because of the nature of our specialty recipe, Tookies will naturally become firmer over time.

For the softest texture and best Tookie experience, we recommend enjoying them within 14 days of receiving them.

Always keep cookies properly sealed and follow the Cookie Care instructions included with your order.

Does the icing melt?

Our decorative canine icing is plant-based and sugar-free and dries firm.

Unlike traditional icing, it does not melt. However, extreme temperatures and temperature changes during transit may affect the firm icing or decorative details and can occasionally contribute to cracking.

Sprinkles, airbrushing and other surface decorations may also be affected by weather, package movement and shipping conditions.

For best results, always follow the Cookie Care instructions included with your order.

Are your canine cookies plant-based?

Yes! Our specialty canine cookies are completely plant-based/vegan.

They contain:

Our cookies are made with thoughtfully selected ingredients with diabetic and ingredient-conscious pups in mind.

Every dog’s dietary needs are different, so we always recommend reviewing our complete ingredient list and consulting your veterinarian if you have questions or concerns about your pup’s individual dietary needs.

What about dogs with allergies or food sensitivities?

Our specialty recipe was created with ingredient-sensitive pups in mind and is allergy-aware.

In fact, Doggie Bag Biscuits™ began because of our Gabriel and his severe food sensitivities and allergies. 💗🐾

Because every dog and every sensitivity is different, please review the complete ingredient list before ordering and consult your veterinarian when appropriate.

Every Doggie Bag Biscuits™ canine cookie is handcrafted and decorated by hand, so slight variations in color, icing, lettering and design are completely natural and make each Tookie uniquely its own.

Do you offer custom canine cookies?

We offer custom canine cookies for those extra-special occasions, celebrations and ideas.

Designs, quantities, sizes, personalization, colors and other order details are discussed and confirmed before your cookies are created.

Because our cookies are handcrafted and decorated by hand, finished cookies may have slight variations from examples, photographs or digital design references.

How long do custom orders take?

Our standard bakery processing time is 6–8 business days, although larger or more involved custom orders may require additional time.

If you need your custom order sooner, you may request Rover Rush™ expedited bakery processing for an additional cost.

Rover Rush™ must be requested and approved by Doggie Bag Biscuits™ before purchase and is subject to bakery availability.

Rover Rush™ applies only to our internal bakery processing time and does not guarantee or expedite USPS transit or delivery.

Is shipping free on custom orders?

No. Free U.S. shipping does not apply to custom orders.

Because every custom order is different, shipping is calculated separately based on factors such as cookie size, quantity and packaging needs.

Your applicable shipping cost will be provided as part of your custom-order details before purchase.

Do you accept returns or cancellations?

Because our canine cookies are perishable and handcrafted to order, all sales are final.

Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale?

We do not currently offer traditional wholesale.

Doggie Bag Biscuits™ focuses on handcrafted, small-batch production rather than mass production or long-term inventory storage.

Can I order locally?

Absolutely! 🐾

Local customers are welcome to order through our website.

Local orders are still shipped through USPS, allowing Doggie Bag Biscuits™ to maintain a shipping, tracking and acceptance record for every order.

Because of the shorter shipping distance, some local orders may qualify for a discounted shipping rate; however, discounted shipping is not guaranteed and will depend on the individual order.

Doggie Bag Biscuits™ is an online bakery and does not offer customer pickup, meet-ups or personal delivery.

Every order is personally delivered by DBB to USPS and shipped to the address provided with the order. 🐾📦
