Where are you located?
Crestview Hills, Kentucky. We operate fully online and ship nationwide.

📦 Ordering & Shipping

How long does processing take?
Orders are made fresh. Please allow up to 8 business days before shipping. Custom and Larger Orders may take longer. 

How long does shipping take?
USPS Priority Mail typically arrives in 1–4 days (not guaranteed).

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.

Do you provide tracking?
Yes — tracking is emailed once your order ships.

Is my package insured?
USPS Priority Mail includes insurance coverage up to $100. For orders over $100 in value, additional coverage may be purchased at our discretion, but is not guaranteed.

Do you require a signature?
Not usually. USPS may require one on certain shipments.
Optional Signature Confirmation is available for $5.

What if I’m not home?
USPS will leave a notice to reschedule or pick up.

What if my order is damaged or lost?
Contact USPS with photos and your tracking number.
We’ll help where we can, but claims must be filed by the recipient.

We reuse clean materials when possible and use compostable boxes and eco-friendly bags.

🍪 About Our Cookies

Are your cookies soft or crunchy?
Our cookies have a crisp outside with a soft, gentle center when you receive them — often described as a soft/crunch texture.

How long do they stay fresh?
Our cookies are crafted fresh in small batches using natural ingredients and no chemical preservatives.

In-house testing has shown our cookies remain stable for up to 6 months or longer when stored properly. However, because storage conditions vary (climate, humidity, and handling), we cannot guarantee that timeframe for every order.

For the best experience, we recommend enjoying within up to 14 days, while the cookies are at their softest. They will naturally firm over time — which is completely normal — and many dogs, including our own, enjoy them just as much.

Does the icing melt?
No — it’s plant-based, sugar-free, and heat-resistant.

Are your cookies vegan or grain-free?
Yes — vegan, grain-free, wheat-free, and gluten-free.

Are your cookies suitable for diabetic dogs?
Our cookies are made with thoughtfully chosen ingredients and are considered diabetic-friendly. However, every dog is different, so we always recommend checking ingredients and consulting your veterinarian if you have concerns.

What about allergies?
Made with sensitivities in mind, but always review ingredients and consult your vet if needed.

Are all cookies identical?
No — each one is handcrafted, so slight variations are natural.

Do you accept returns or cancellations?
No — all items are perishable and made-to-order.

Do you offer custom cookies?
Yes. Designs are confirmed before baking.
All custom orders are final once an order is placed.

🛍️ Bulk Orders

Do you offer bulk or wholesale?
Not at this time.

Our Soft-Bite cookies are crafted for freshness and quality, so we focus on small-batch production rather than bulk storage.

However, depending on the retailer, we may be able to work something out. While we do not offer traditional wholesale, we do work with select smaller retailers.

Prices may adjust as needed to maintain quality.
Treat bags may stick slightly due to humidity — just peel & enjoy.

Do you sell locally?
We are an online bakery, but local customers are welcome to order through our website.
In some cases, we may be able to arrange or adjust shipping specifically for local orders.
