A: In 2014 — crafting artisan, allergy-friendly canine cookies for dogs throughout the U.S.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We’re proudly based in Crestview Hills, Kentucky, operating fully online to deliver fresh-baked goodness straight to your doorstep.
📦 Ordering & Shipping
Q: How long does it take to process and ship my order?
A: Every order is made fresh! Please allow up to 8 business days for crafting. Shipping via USPS Priority Mail typically takes 1–4 days (transit times not guaranteed by USPS).
Q: Where do you ship?
A: Across the United States. (No international shipping at this time.)
Q: How do you ship?
A: We use USPS Priority Mail, which includes free tracking and up to $100 insurance for your peace of mind.
Q: Do you provide tracking?
A: Yes! You’ll always receive a tracking email once your order ships, sent automatically through Doggie Bag Biscuits. It includes your tracking number and a link so you can follow your order from our bakery to your doorstep.
Q: Do you require a signature for delivery?
A: Doggie Bag Biscuits™ does not require signatures, but USPS may request Signature Confirmation on certain orders (such as higher-value or flagged shipments). If USPS applies this, the fee is their responsibility and is not included in our pricing.
Optional: If you’d like added security, Signature Confirmation can be purchased as an add-on for $5.00.

Q: What if I can’t be home to sign?
A: No worries! If USPS requires a signature and you’re unavailable, they’ll leave a notice so you can reschedule delivery or pick it up at your local Post Office. Either way, your pup’s treats will be waiting safely. 🐾
Q: What if my cookies arrive damaged?
A: Please contact USPS directly with your tracking number and include photos of the damage. Keep all packaging for their inspection. Doggie Bag Biscuits™ will assist where possible, but USPS requires claims be filed by the recipient.
Q: What if my package is delayed or lost?
A: Once packages are handed to USPS, delivery times are out of our control. We cannot guarantee arrival dates. If tracking shows “Delivered,” Doggie Bag Biscuits™ is not responsible for theft or misdelivery — but we’ll always help however we can.

A: We care about the planet! ♻️ We reuse clean shipping materials when possible and use new compostable gift boxes and eco-friendly cookie bags to keep packaging sustainable and pawsitively cute.
🍪 About Our Cookies
Q: Are your cookies crunchy or soft?
A: We bake a Soft-Bite cookie — gentle on teeth and easy to chew, yet firm enough to stay fresh. This texture was developed especially for pups with dental or mouth sensitivities.
Q: How long do cookies stay fresh?
A: Because our cookies are natural and free of chemical preservatives, they have a shorter shelf life — about 7–14 days when stored sealed, cool, and dry. This ensures our fur-babies enjoy the healthiest, most wholesome cookies possible.
Q: Does your natural dog icing melt?
A: Nope! It’s plant-based, fat-free, sugar-free, and heat-resistant — no refrigeration needed.
Q: Do you offer grain-free or vegan options?
A: Yes! Our cookies are vegan, grain-free, wheat-free, and gluten-free — perfect for pups with food sensitivities.
Q: What if my dog has an allergy?
A: While our treats are made with allergies in mind, we can’t guarantee they’re suitable for every pup. Always check ingredients and consult your vet if unsure.
Q: Are all cookies identical?
A: Each cookie is handcrafted — so small variations in color, shape, and decoration are natural and part of their boutique charm.

Q: What is your return/cancellation policy?
A: Because our cookies are perishable and made-to-order, we cannot accept cancellations or returns once production begins.
Custom Orders: Non-refundable once baking starts.
Damaged Items: Please see the “Damaged or Lost Packages” section — USPS claims must be submitted by the recipient.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: Yes! We love creating custom designs for your pup. Before baking, we’ll confirm all details and share reference photos.
Please note: each cookie is handmade and may differ slightly from inspiration photos. Once confirmed, your order is final.
🛍️ Bulk Orders & Discounts
Q: Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts?
A: At this time, Doggie Bag Biscuits™ does not offer wholesale or bulk discounts.
We recently made important recipe changes to better support pups with dental and mouth sensitivities, resulting in our new Soft-Bite cookie texture — gentle, wholesome, and easy to chew. Because this softer cookie has a shorter natural shelf life, we’re unable to offer bulk or retail quantities that require extended storage.
While we once offered our Paws & Pastries Partnership (PPP) for shops and boutiques, that program has been retired so we can stay true to our promise of providing fresh-baked, healthy treats for dogs everywhere. 🐾
If, in the future, we reach a point where we’re confident we can maintain the Soft-Bite recipe and achieve a longer shelf life, we’ll happily reintroduce PPP with the same heart and care our bakery is known for. 💛
