A Specialty Recipe. A Promise Kept. ❤️🐾

I never planned on opening a dog bakery.

I wasn’t trying to build a business or chase sales. I was trying to help my dog.

Doggie Bag Biscuits™ began in 2014 because of one very special Shih Tzu named Gabriel “Gabe.” Gabe suffered from severe food allergies, and finding something I felt good about giving him wasn’t easy.

So I went into the kitchen and created something of my own — a specialty, custom-created, nutritional, allergy-aware canine cookie recipe made first and foremost for Gabe.

Along the way, I made him a promise:

One day, I would share his cookies with other dogs.

That promise became Doggie Bag Biscuits™.

Our recipe was later reviewed and approved by our local veterinarian/dog nutritionist, who even shared gifted D.B.B. cookies with some of her canine clients.

Today, I’m still not here for umpteen sales. I’m here because of Gabe. What started with one little dog and a mom trying to help him became something I never planned — but something I’m incredibly proud to carry on.

These treats were the perfect accessory for our dog wedding! They exchanged vows by each having a nibble of these bone cookies. Great for the photo shoot as well. She delivered in record time and well preserved.

My company, Adopt a Pet, was putting together a goodie bag to send to our team and wanted to include some dog treats with our company logo and colors. I came across April’s shop and fell in love with her decorations! I messaged her and she quickly replied and was EXTREMELY friendly and patient with my personalized order. She knew I was working with a deadline and she worked really hard to accommodate us. We even got our cookies earlier than expected and they look amazing and just like we wanted them. She hand piped the logo and somehow got it just like the way it looks. April is amazing and so wonderful to work with and I am so glad we decided to go with her!     I am absolutely so happy with my purchase! My little Gracie went crazy over her new treats! She loved them and couldn't get enough! They arrived beautifully packaged and prepared perfectly and fresh. They are also so adorable! Might I add they looked so delicious with the doggy icing!
