Our Story

Helping Gabe feel better wasn’t just kindness—it was connection.
And from that bond, something extraordinary was born.

When I began baking for my sweet boy Gabe, I only wanted to help him feel better—
ease his allergies, soothe his tummy, and see that happy little tail wag again.

But somewhere between the measuring, mixing, and baking,
something unexpected began to rise right along with those cookies.

I’ve always lived with purpose and joy,
but helping Gabe—and then helping other dogs—
brought a deeper kind of fulfillment I didn’t know I was missing.

You see, I live with fibromyalgia and the lasting effects of a life-altering accident.
These challenges aren’t contagious or life-threatening,
but they’ve changed the way I move through every day.

And yet—through Gabe’s cookies—I found a kind of healing that medicine alone couldn’t give.
This bakery became more than a promise to one pup.
It became part of my own recovery.

It gets me moving.
It lifts my spirits.
My life and my family give me meaning every day,
and this bakery became another place to pour all that love into something lasting.

I’m endlessly grateful for my supportive husband,
my amazing care team,
and our two Shih Tzus—Sercha’ Ann and Clara Bell—
my devoted taste testers, comfort bringers, and daily joy. 💛
