2. In the message title, type "Custom Order" and include your correct email address for seamless communication.

We’ll respond within 24–48 hours during our regular bakery hours (with occasional weekend replies if we’re available) to go over your request and confirm the details. Once everything is finalized, we’ll create a custom listing just for you and update it with the agreed-upon cost, ready for your review and purchase.

• Approval Required: Please wait for our confirmation before purchasing to avoid order cancellation.
• Final Sale: All custom orders are non-refundable.
