AI mockups are for visualization and inspiration only. Your actual cookies are handcrafted and decorated by us. We’ll come as close to the approved concept as our handmade process allows, but natural variations are part of what makes them uniquely yours. ❤️
🖤 CUSTOM LETTERING
Names, dates and special sayings? Absolutely!
Most lettering is hand-piped with our specialty dog icing. Some may look beautifully uniform while other lettering shows a little more handcrafted personality.
Cookie size matters, too — longer wording on cookies under approximately 4" may appear more compact.
Ask for what you want! We’ll do our best to make it beautiful.

Custom pricing is based on size, quantity and design and differs from our regular bakery designs.
Your individual custom listing will include your approved design details, pricing and shipping. Please review everything carefully before purchasing.
✨ By completing your purchase, you 100% confirm that you have reviewed and approved the design concept, wording/spelling, size, quantity, pricing, shipping and other order details, including our Custom Design A.I Mockup policy when applicable.

Please allow up to 8 business days for processing after purchase. Larger or more detailed orders may require additional time.
Need them sooner? Ask! Rush requests depend on our bakery schedule and cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping is not free on custom orders. It is calculated based on your order and included in your custom listing before purchase.
Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise stated. Processing and transit times are separate. Carrier delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Tracking is provided.

Our Lookie-a-Tookie™ canine cookies were lab tested by the University of Kentucky College of Agriculture, Food & Environment.
Each cookie is handcrafted, so natural variations in shape, color, lettering and decoration are part of the charm. ❤️
🍪 FRESHNESS & STORAGE
Cookies are individually heat-sealed for safety and freshness.
Our in-house testing has shown cookies lasting well over 3 months when properly stored, although temperature, humidity, climate and storage conditions can affect freshness and texture.
For the best softer-bite texture, we recommend enjoying within approximately 14 days. Cookies naturally become firmer over time.
Store sealed in a cool, dry place. No refrigeration needed.
