✏️ HOW CUSTOM ORDERS WORK
Send us your ideas through our Contact Page. Not sure exactly what you want? We're happy to help!
If we can accommodate your request, we'll discuss the design, pricing, production schedule, and shipping before creating your own private custom listing.
🎨 DESIGNS, MOCKUPS & LETTERING
AI-generated mockups may be used to visualize your design but are not exact representations of finished cookies.
Every cookie is handcrafted, so variations in color, shape, lettering, and decorative details are natural.
Most lettering is hand-piped. Longer wording on cookies under approximately 4" may require smaller lettering or simplified designs.
💲 PRICING & APPROVAL
Custom pricing reflects cookie size, quantity, complexity, and decorating time.
By purchasing your custom listing, you confirm approval of all applicable design details, spelling, sizes, quantities, pricing, shipping, and our AI mockup and handmade variation policies.
ALL DOGGIE BAG BISCUITS™ SALES ARE FINAL, INCLUDING CUSTOM ORDERS.
⏱️ PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Standard processing is up to 8 business days after purchase. Larger or detailed orders may require additional time.
ROVER RUSH™ ($25) may shorten processing to approximately 2–3 business days when approved and available.
Custom orders do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping charges are disclosed before purchase.
Orders generally ship USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Processing and shipping times are separate.
Online bakery only — no local pickup or meetups.
