Before opening a new destination, we contact the appropriate government authorities and departments, confirm the requirements for our products, complete any necessary steps, and receive the appropriate guidance or approval to move forward.

📦 Canadian Orders Ship via UPS

All Canadian orders are handcrafted and packaged at our Northern Kentucky bakery and shipped directly to the customer via UPS.

Tracking is included, and your UPS tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Estimated UPS carrier transit time is generally 2–8 business days after shipment.

Our normal 5–8 business-day bakery processing time occurs before shipment and is separate from UPS transit time.

Customs processing, weather, carrier delays or other circumstances outside of our control may occasionally add additional time.

🍪 A Little Note About Tookie Texture

Our Tookies are handcrafted using our specialty recipe and will naturally become firmer over time. This is normal and applies to all of our canine cookies.

Because international transit may take a little longer, Canadian orders may arrive slightly firmer than an order with a shorter journey.

For the softest texture and best Tookie experience, we recommend enjoying them within 14 days of receiving them and keeping them properly sealed between treats.

Every Tookie is carefully prepared, heat-sealed for freshness, and packaged for its journey to your pup. 🐾💗

Canadian authorities and/or UPS may assess taxes, duties, customs charges or courier clearance/brokerage fees when your package enters Canada.

Any additional charges assessed are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your Doggie Bag Biscuits™ checkout total.

Not every shipment will necessarily incur additional charges.

Doggie Bag Biscuits™ is a Kentucky-based canine cookie bakery established in 2014, proudly handcrafting our specialty Tookies for doggies and their families.

Our specialty recipe was created in-house after extensive research, careful ingredient selection, testing, time and dedication.

It has also been veterinarian approved and canine nutritionist approved.

Our Tookies are fully baked and completely plant-based/vegan, with:

💗 Gabe's Promise

Doggie Bag Biscuits™ began in 2014 because of one very special dog — Gabriel.

Gabe suffered from severe food sensitivities and allergies, inspiring us to research and create our own specialty canine cookie recipe.

But our promise to Gabe didn't stop with him.

We promised to do our very best to reach and help as many doggies as possible.
