All orders are final. 

Due to the made-to-order, handcrafted, and perishable nature of Doggie Bag Biscuits™ products:

• No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted under any circumstances, except in the event of a verified fulfillment error made by Doggie Bag Biscuits™
• Doggie Bag Biscuits™ is not responsible for changes in customer preference, purchasing decisions, or retailer sales outcomes
• Unsold inventory, customer dissatisfaction, or retailer-related issues do not qualify for return, refund, or exchange

🐾 Shipping & Fulfillment Responsibility

Doggie Bag Biscuits™ fulfills and ships all orders directly to the end customer.

Responsibility transfers upon confirmed delivery.

Doggie Bag Biscuits™ is not liable for:
• Carrier delays, delivery issues, or lost packages once in transit
• Environmental exposure (including heat, humidity, or storage conditions) after shipment
• Any handling or storage conditions outside of our control

🐾 Retailer Responsibility

Retailers are solely responsible for:

• Their own customer-facing policies, including returns, refunds, and exchanges
• Communicating accurate product information and usage guidance to their customers
• Ensuring alignment between their store policies and Doggie Bag Biscuits™ Standards

Retailer policies must not conflict with or override Doggie Bag Biscuits™ Terms under any circumstance.

🐾 Agreement

Approval is required prior to listing or selling Doggie Bag Biscuits™ products.

By importing, listing, offering for sale, or selling Doggie Bag Biscuits™ products through Shopify Collective or any sales channel, the retailer:

• Confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all Doggie Bag Biscuits™ Standards, Terms & Policies
• Acknowledges that all orders are final and non-returnable except in the case of a fulfillment error by Doggie Bag Biscuits™
• Accepts full responsibility for their own customer transactions and policies

Failure to comply may result in immediate removal of access and termination of the retailer relationship.
