🎨 Made with Natural, Dog-Safe Icing Coloring

At Doggie Bag Biscuits™, this has been a journey — one we’ve taken slowly, with care.

Not just because natural coloring can be costly… but because not everything labeled “natural” is truly safe for dogs. And that part matters most.

We’re proud to now use natural, plant-based food coloring within our vanilla dog icing base — something we’ve been thoughtfully working toward and using in our orders along the way.

Each color is blended by hand, using real ingredients — and whatever shade nature gives us… that’s the one we go with.

Because these colors come from nature, they may appear softer and vary slightly from batch to batch. Exposure to heat, light, or air may also gently fade the color over time — a natural characteristic of plant-based ingredients.

Photos are lightly brightened so you can see each detail clearly. Because we work with natural coloring, tones may appear a bit different in person.

This does not affect the quality or safety of the cookie — only the appearance.

For finer details, a very minimal amount of standard color may be used for fine finishing or a touch of airbrushing — resting lightly on the icing surface to complete each design.
